As a congregation, the First Christian church of
Ponca City is committed: To help the
congregation grow and mature in their personal relationship with God through
Jesus Christ. To fulfill the "great
commission" through service and witness to the community. To foster an inviting
and nurturing environment for the congregation to grow. To focus on the
current and future needs and expectations of the younger generation; designing
programs and facilities appropriate to serve them. To provide a facility
that is adaptable and convenient to meet the needs of the congregation and
those in the community we serve. To explore change in a
way that maintains the timeless message of God’s love while moving to new
ways of expressing and experiencing that love. To nurture, stimulate
and celebrate a congregation of Christian leaders who share their skills in
their homes, our church and our community. To uplift, enliven and inspire through music that caresses the soul’s communion with the Creator |
